Sasha Lee

This pretty 18 months gal wants another chance at finding a home -- this time with someone who will not abandon her. She's got everything we love in a dog and then some. People friendly, experienced, smart, happy and spirited. Sasha Lee is an adolescent who will bring happiness to your life. But first we have to save her life.

On 11/1/08, a man brought two year old Sasha-Lee to the local pound. He explained that he had found her tied to a park gate. She's what we call a "throwaway" mom: used to breed puppies, and once her "job" is done, abandoned to the streets. Sasha-Lee really, really, really loves people. She wants to be near you, to lean on you, to kiss you. Because she had babies recently, she's a bit bossy with other dogs, but NOT aggressive. Sasha-Lee weighs 36 pounds and once she gets back her pre-puppies figure, she'll be a knockout. Sasha Lee has a golden tan coat and beautiful amber eyes.
