This adorably cute furry boy is scheduled to be put down tomorrow due to lack of space at the shelter - can you give him a second chance by adopting, fostering or sponsoring?

Mojo came in as a stray. He was escorted by the police. He was so sweet that they had him hop in the back of their squad car for the ride over to the shelter. He was seen by our medical staff who estimated his age to be around 2 years old and they felt he was a chow/collie/spitz mix. He is a healthy weight of 50 pounds and has a beautful thick furry coat and the most adorable mischeivous smile. He has been tested by the behavior staff and was found to like his food so much that he tends to "guard" it a bit so they felt he should be placed in a home without children. It would also be a plus if his new guardian knew something about his breed. Mojo could be a mutt but the experts feel he has all the markings of the spitz dogs. These dogs were bred for the harsh cold climate of the Artic. So the winter is their favorite time of year. Mojo seems to be ok with other dogs and appears housebroken... but we don't know how he is with cats.

If you can SAVE MOJO by comitting to adopting/fostering or sponsoring him... please e-mail back to this post or call #917-543-6193 IMMEDIATELY... and leave your contact info and e-mail - PLS HURRY AS HE IS SLATED TO GO DOWN IN THE AM...so call 24/7 as no time is too late to save a wonderful dog! THANK YOU!!

*Please note there will be an adoption donation fee requested by the shelter to cover shots, neuter surgery and microchip
